Cows and Sheep

Our flock of sheep at Sachibondu have increased in number over the last few months! We now have over one hundred sheep! The sheep are a great resource for gifting to the community for feeding multitudes for funerals, weddings, and other big events.

Our cow and sheep shelter is now no longer big enough for the number of sheep we have and is also in disrepair. We hope to replace the floor over the coming dry season and to fix up the roof too.

Sadly, our best milking Cow had a tragic accident last month, fell into a disused pit, and died. We are hoping to procure a new milking cow in the coming months to replace her so we can keep up the supply of milk for the hospital patients and pre-school children.
